Each event is unique and therefore priced accordingly -- there is no set cost.

Hunter Events is a small privately owned and operated company. We hire vendors per event; there are no full time employees. These low overhead costs make our services affordable to most companies and private individuals.

We may charge a reasonable flat event coordination fee. The flat fee is based on the scope and scale of project, and includes researching venues, developing the look and feel of the event, and initial budgets. These fees are negotiable. Our event budgets include all third party costs (except those vendors such as hotels which the client directly hires) and all compensation to Hunter.

In some cases, events consultation (no actual planning services from Hunter Events, just advice) is requested; this is charged with an hourly rate.
